Mayan Marge is a costume for Marge that was released during the Summer Yard Sale update on July 17, 2014. She is a premium character and the Player could have bought her with 90 Donuts, 170 Donuts if the player didn't have Mayan God and Mayan Calendar already or 300 Donuts if the player didn't have the Mayan Homer, Mayan God and the Mayan Calendar already. In this case they would have to buy it with the others.
