The Carillian Treaty, or The Treaty of the State of Carillian, was a legal document, recognizing Carillian as a separate city-state of Acralia, and that it had the right to a governmental body, a military (should it so choose), and all economic freedoms. It was signed around 20,000 BBY, when a number of inhabitants of Acralia grew tired of the constant oppression of the tyrannical government of Acralia. This act was the first of many, that alerted the Galactic Republic of Acralia's desperate governmental situation.
