Andre Beaupré was a Havenite citizen and an officer of the Republic of Haven Navy. Holding the rank of Lieutenant (JG), he served as Admiral Thomas Theisman's personal shuttle pilot. He was assigned to transport Admiral Alexander-Harrington to Nouveau Paris for her peace talks with President Pritchart. (HH12)
