Star Trek - The Movies was a VHS collection - catalogue number VHR 4554, rated 15 - released by CIC Video in the UK on 20 October 1997 . The collection featured the eight Star Trek films released at that point on six cassettes, along with the tribute Star Trek: 30 Years and Beyond. The collection was the first opportunity for UK fans to own Star Trek: First Contact - the individual volume would not be released until 20 April 1998 . The boxset was deleted on 1 October 1999 . The set was also released in the Netherlands with the same contents as the UK version.
