Vargas the Tormented is the presumed leader of the Maelstrom Horseman Invaders. He is more powerful than normal Maelstrom Horseman Invaders, as well as the only named. He is sometimes found on Crux Prime in Caldera Mar, but may also be found in Aura Mar, Rivendark Canyon, or Sentinel Point Zeta.
