The Darkstorm Portal is the special event boss of the Dark Storm Conquer event. During that event, it may randomly appear in a round between 86 and 154 and overtake that round (it has a 75% chance to appear on Lightblast Forest and Crystal Mountain, on other tracks it has a 25% chance). It also has a message that appears when it appears, saying "The Darkstorm Portal is coming, the legendary Dark Portal of Lightblast! Prepare....".
