Too long to answer here, why don't you Google it. If you refuse to do that, than just keep going through Mars Lighthouse till you see a room thart contains two dragons encased in ice. Use Blazer on the fire and shoot it at the other torch that is on the Psyenergy Groove in the floor. That will set off a chain of events that result in the freeing of the two dragons, whom then attack you. When you beat them, they turn into Karst and Agatio, and you recieve the Mars Star.
