For being caught trespassing within the Temple of Dibella in Markarth by Hamal, the Dragonborn is punished with retrieving the new Sybil from Karthwasten. Once arrived, asking around will direct the Dragonborn to Enmon, the girl's father. He will say that Fjotra has been kidnapped by Forsworn from Broken Tower Redoubt. Once there, the Dragonborn will have to kill the Forsworn to get to a small tower at the top, which houses a Forsworn Briarheart. Kill him and loot the key to the cell that Fjotra is in. Take her back to the Temple of Dibella in Markarth and the Dragonborn will receive the Agent of Dibella active effect by praying at an altar. This increases combat damage to the opposite sex. After finishing the quest, Hamal will offer Master-level enchanting training.
