The All About Girls Network was only seen in Saturday Night's Alright for Johnny, when Sissy changed the channel on Johnny's TV. It can be assumed that it mostly (or perhaps only) airs programming directed at girls. When she changed the channel, there was an 7-hour marathon of a show called "Men In Tights" on, a show about male ice skaters.
