Ciarán Walsh (b. Carlow, 1980) is an artist, zinester and cartoonist currently based in Berlin. In 1996 and 1997 in Carlow he and Stephen Doyle created and published seven issues of the punk zine Scream, which, aside from articles on and interviews with punk bands, included comics by Ciarán. Between 1997 and 1998 he created three issues of Auto Suggestion, and in 1998 he created a one-off zine called Rent Day.
