She and her brother Mark shared an unusual personal history, having been born and raised on a planet in an entirely different universe: Planet Earth. There, the galaxy ruled by- at various times- the Galactic Empire and the New Republic, was merely the setting of a popular science fiction saga known as Star Wars, of which Stephanie and Mark were fans. This would all change when the Legio twins would be transported to the Star Wars universe through a mysterious portal on two separate occasions. It was on the second of these two occasions that Stephanie and Mark would meet Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa. The pair went on to join the Rebel Alliance as X-wing pilots, as well as training to become Jedi.
