Timed Blow is an ability from Breath of Fire III. It uses the user's weapon against one target and does damage equal to the user's current HP, and then reduces the user's HP to 1. Timed Blow can be learned from Goo King in Meryleep's Pond, or from Thrasher in Steel Grave.
