King Lewis I is the current head of state of Hamland. He founded the nation and is the only King in the history of Hamland. He is responsible for most of the modern Hamland. He is from Scotland and has never previously been involved in any micronation before Hamland. He is famed for his leadership of the nation for its first four and a half years.
