Sam and Mikaela Witwicky havebeen living a quiet life after leaving Alice and Carly in Tokyo, and defeating Megatron. Their lives are turned upside down as they find out Megatron was never dead, only sleeping, and Galvatron woke him up, so the whole world is in danger. Sam gathers up the Autobots, and they head to D-Island, home to the ever dormant Decepticon army. They find the Decepticons awake, and call in NEST. The military also pitches in, and the Autobots find a hideout inside the ground for them to hide in. Optimus heads out and surrenders, only to be taken on a Decepticon Spacecraft, and taken to the faraway Cybertron 2.0.
