Novor 23, in the Novor system was the Ry'coz homeworld. It was located on the Salin Corridor, and was a busy world with large Human and alien populations living in thriving cities. Its capital was Luj City, which was a key financial center of Tharin sector—even though the Novor system itself was in the Periphery. The local corporate offices of Jatayus Outbound were located on the world; so was one of Black Sun Vigo Sprax's villas, built in the Vos'yr Valley.
