Mr. Whisper came to Mopatop's Shop looking for a voice, in the episode "Whispers". The voice he had was a whispering voice, and he would like one that would be a bit more powerfull. So Mopatop mixes a few diferent voices for him to try, on the voice box but they are either to loud or to quite for him. He notices Mother Mouse's voice and wants one like that, so Mopatop mixes him a squeaky voice. The puppet was recycled from a Gray Frackle.
