In 3589, after the Void began its second devourment phase, Cleric Conservator Ethan of Living Dream offered Viotia membership in the Ellezelin Free Market Zone. Viotia's acceptance of membership opened a wormhole between Ellezelin and Viotia and led to Living Dream's military occupation of Colwyn City as it searched for the Second Dreamer.
