To use the technique the user must infuse every inch of their body with sea chakra. Once the sea chakra has been infused with the user's body it transforms the body into a mass of water without changing the user's appearance. When in this state all physical attacks pass through the body without doing damage, making them ineffective against the user. In addition, since the body is transformed into seawater, the shinobi is able to increase the pressure of the seawater. This allows the shinobi to crush anything that passes through it by increasing the pressure to very high levels.
