The Sultan of Spells, unnamed in the Japanese version, is one of the finalists in the World Duel Carnival, who is accompanied by a monkey. He was the twelfth Duelist to be eliminated in the Duel Coaster portion, being defeated by Shark's "Big Jaws". He was later featured on an advertisement for the Pro Duelist Spartancity Tournament.
