Antitlos Island is under the current control of the World Government and was governed by Captain Saser, until his defeat by the hands of Scott.D.Rio. This is also the island where The Red Wing Pirates acquired their navigator and doctor; Kenichi and Angela, and also where they attained their ship; "The Enigma ".
