Francois Ivashko was a Manticoran citizen and an enlisted soldier of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps. As Battalion Sergeant Major, he served aboard HMS Nike. He was aboard the pinnace which became separated during a training exercise on Gryphon. He accompanied Colonel Ramirez to the chalet where Denver Summervale was staying, and recorded the information that Summervale volunteered. (HH4)
