Blue Starfishes are first encountered on B5F in Etrian Odyssey III: The Drowned City. They can use Aqua Shot, which deals ice damage to the entire party. Also, they can team up with a King Starfish to use Bloody Supper, dealing damage to all party members and healing the King Starfish.
