Another Monk Goblin makes an apperance inside the barn of Barn Boys. Other two Monk Goblin appeared in the Uga-Buga chapter: one got out of the statue's mouth while he was singing and other was in front the giant egg. The last one helps Conker to get up on the egg and is later on crushed by the Dino Baby when he hatches.
