Busta Cruz is an Urb residing on Splicer Island in Miniopolis. Later in the game, he becomes Splicer Island's entertainment manager, and opens up the Island Entertainment Center. Before he moved to Splicer Island, he could almost always be found in the Crawfish Shack in Sim Quarter. After then, he is almost always found in the Island Entertainment Center. He is most likely British due to the fact he speaks with stereotypical British speech patterns like "Bob's your uncle," his punk-like appearance and Union Flag found in the Island entertainment center.
