Herodotus "The Psycho of the Neo Marines" (「ネオ海軍の気違い」ヘロドトス "Neo Kaigun no Kichigai" Herodotosu?) is a vice-admiral of the Neo Marines and is second-in-command of The Blue Hawks. Also the true identity of the bounty hunter known as R.B. Johnson, which he uses to sneak throughout the world and gather information. Originally Herodotus was a member of the marines who was stationed at G-5 and was believed to be a Commodore, being in charged of the 7th unit.
