Captain Helvas Grange is a commander of a unit of scouts in the Night Watch Militia. He is a courageous leader and hero. Grange has good leadership skills and a sound knowledge of military tactics. He and his unit sometimes join other units to work under the direction of Commander Althea Ebonlocke.
