The LEGO Factory Space Star Outpost 7 Command Base Sticker is a Star Justice themed Sticker. It can be obtained by sending Capt Reynolds the "Gimme a Sticker" message. This Sticker can no longer be obtained normally because the the LEGO Factory website is now LEGO DesignByMe; however there is a workaround, which may be seen in the Star Justice Walkthrough.
