Harbour Street is a street in the Harbour District of Port Blacksand. It runs east-west from Lobster Wharf and is the main thoroughfare from the Wharf. It ends at the meeting of Candle Street and Garden Street. The residents of the houses on the north side of Harbour Street at its far eastern end, after Parrot Lane maintain that these few houses are actually in the Garden District. This is presumably because the Garden District is deemed to have a higher social standing than the Harbour District.
