Juloff was a male reporter who worked for the Galactic News Network at the Indu GNN bureau on Indu San. When Kella Rand discovered evidence that would incriminate Kaleb Darme in the assassination of Shek Barayel and attempted framing of the New Republic, Juloff turned on Rand and notified Darme. He further proved his sympathy to the Galactic Empire by taking several potshots at Rand with a blaster. When Rand escaped and made it to Dictio L'varren's hotel, Juloff pointed out Rand to Darme, who captured her before she could make it to Suite 44-1.
