CivPal was a small sub-company of the blaster manufacturing giant BlastCo. It specialized in the designing of defence and sporting blasters that were permitted to be carried by civilians and members of the public. Typically, these weapons were non-lethal and only equipped with stun settings. CivPal also invented Cyroball, a fast paced battlefield simulator played by two teams.
