The Chiang-shih, or "hopping corpse" is a Ba'al Vampire featured in Vampireology. Archibald Brooks found that they inexplicably waved their long limbs, although they could cross water. As rice as valuble, they can't resist picking it up, making this a good delaying tactic for the chased.
