Itenka Froúrio (ぇくと・け Itenka Froúriou?) More commonly known around Marinford as Vice Admiral Koton, is currently the Itsutsu-boshi Bushou (Five-Star Military Commander) within the World Government's Special Duty Royal Task Force. Itenka is the older brother of Shinan, Hikari, and Kinan. He is also the Son of the great Aienka and Ichinan and the father of Kyoka, and Ashura.
