The three blind mice are characters from the nursery rhyme of the same name, about three blind mice being chased by a farmer's wife. In the Land of Stories series, they live in the Red Riding Hood Kingdom. They appear in A Grimm Warning, ch 6, as three of the Kingdom's representatives in the House of Progress. They are also mentioned in Queen Red Riding Hood's Guide To Royalty as part of her staff.
