Eggert the Mad is a Changeling NPC that can be found in a tent north of the Blackspore Warpstone. Eggert is a local alchemist that specializes in poisons. Eggert employed a human named Milford as an apprentice to assist in collecting ingredients for his potions found throughout Blackspore swamps.
