Boost Cleanse is a spell that when cast at a target causes all targets in a 5x5 area to lose any boosts they got from any items and suffer a skill loss equal to the boost. An example is if a player's strength is boosted by 6 levels then when this spell is cast they will lose 12 levels in strength.
