Bulgaro was the second-in-command to Padre Marlanese, and had a set of whalebone teeth that he had stolen previously from a Dutch merchant. He was unable to read. Bulgaro was sent by the Padre to assemble mercenaries to assist in the capture of Ben. He was a minor character, nothing else is known.
