SuWong Diviner is a Legendary staff in Diablo III, added in patch 2.3.0. It requires character level 31 to drop. The unique affix adds Lob Blob rune to Acid Cloud, in addition to any other. Effectively it causes the skill to be cast twice: summon a blob and apply the normal acid cloud with the other rune player selects.
