Par Lenor's shuttle was a Ferengi shuttle. In 2368, the Federation starship USS Enterprise-D responded to a distress call from this shuttle. The shuttle's crew reported that their containment field was collapsing. After an analysis of the shuttle, Data informed Jean-Luc Picard of the shuttle's unstable warp core and that there were two individuals on the shuttle. Picard ordered these individuals, later identified as Par Lenor of the Ferengi Trade Mission and his companion Qol, transported to the starship via long-range transport.
