This dog was owned by the Cooper family. It is first mentioned in "The Luminous Fish Effect" when Mary Cooper mentions that the sound of Sheldon's sonic death ray pissed the dog off to no end. The dog was mentioned again in "The Porkchop Indeterminacy" when Missy Cooper told Penny that their family dog made the same noise that Raj after leaving the door of Penny's apartment.
