Consuming is form of Darke Magyk in which the victim will be sucked empty, leaving only skin behind. This spell makes a notable appearance in Magyk when it was used by DomDaniel on Merrin Meredith in order to get back the Akhu Amulet. Merrin's skin was found just hours later by Marcia Overstrand. Later, Aunt Zelda saved Merrin from his Consuming with the Vigor Volts potion.
