Hallowed Progen are enemies in Xenoblade Chronicles X. They are Progen and can be found at level 21-22, level 25, or level 29-30 at Middle Hushflood, Bident Crossing, and at the upper level of Rustpool Banks in Noctilum. They can drop the Ornate Progen Horn needed for From Idea to Inventory.
