The Weather Alice permits the person to control weather depending on their mood. If the user is happy the weather may be sunny and warm or if they are sad it would be rainy and/or cloudy. The most notable time this Alice was used was when Hoshino left the Academy and created a large, beautiful rainbow for feeling bliss. The Weather Alice belongs to the Special Ability Class. If it were not for the fact that this Alice requires the holder's emotions, the Weather Alice would most likely be classified as a Latent Ability type.
