The Kania System is located at the extreme northeast edge of Federation territory. It contains the station Port Kane, along with a hypergate that leads to the Koria, Tichel, and Dani systems. The system is frequented by members of the Association of Free Traders, along with a number of Federation warships heading out to patrol the borders. There is also the occasional Polaris Striker gunship.
