The Cockatrice, also known as the Coctrice, is an enemy from Final Fantasy II. Its attacks may cause Petrification. It appears in the Mysidia area. It is recommended to have the Esuna spell leveled up or to have a healthy supply of Gold Needles to counteract Petrify.
