Cordelia Rothes was a human female Sith Lord who ruled over the Sith community of the north of Scotland, and was known amongst the local Sith as the Lord of the North. She was the spouse of the Sith councillor Malcolm Rothes, who ruled over the Sith communities of the south of Scotland during the Rothes Intrastate War. After the assassination of her husband, she took complete control of the Sith community in Scotland.
