The Eagle Hair Club is a wig store owned by Floyd Eaglesan, located in the Paradise Mall. It is also the place where Eduardo Perez places a PX-41 sample, for the Anti-Villain League to find. ​Floyd is then arrested by Silas Ramsbottom, even though he's innocent. He is freed later, however.
