Unicron killed an Optimus Shit from some alternate universe and sent him to the comic Unicron Trilogy universe as a warning. He died shortly thereafter. Note: Whether he's a direct analogue of Generation One Optimus Prime or divergent enough to be his own distinct kind of Optimus Prime is unknown.
