The user infuses lightning chakra into a senbon and throws it at an enemy, paralyzing them allowing the user to focus on other things that require their attention, making this technique useful for keeping an enemy alive while doing minimal damage. However the user must be careful with the amount of chakra put into the senbon. To much chakra will kill the target while not enough chakra will fail to paralyze the target.
