Nurse Wilson is a major villain in Return of Oz. She was the sadistic nurse of Dr. Worley running a clinic. Many of their patients' minds were damaged by Dr. Worley's machines, and were locked in the cellar. Dorothy Gale almost became a victim, but the power was shut off at the last minute. Ozma helped Dorothy escape, but Nurse Wilson saw them while walking out of the cellar and chased after them.
