Due to it emitting the same energy as Haki. This form was first shown 3 years before the series when Riku fought Mavis Lucifer. The second time was during enies lobby in a rage right before he activated Burnout Mode for the first time. At that time he couldnt control it at all, unlike 3 years prior to the series. When activating this mode, his muscles become larger, as noted by his foes, and his crewmates in numerous occasions, he also unleashes Haki that is said to be like Haoshoku Haki for 3 seconds when releasing energy. He usually creates a crater where he stands when he activates this mode.
